We would like to introduce our self as one of the promising and rising entrepreneur of the country having a long experience of trading, supply of garments accessories, transport, property, readymade garments and CNG filling station business. You’re well aware that the garments sector is the thrust sector in our country and main foreign currency sector. Our economy it mainly depended on this sector. But till now we are not self-sufficient in accessories production and we have to incur a huge amount of foreign currency to import the same which also wastes our valuable time. The same thing has also opening the production of padding and quilting. The current units in this sector are more than 20 years old and they are not sufficient enough to meet the current requirement of foreign buyers in consideration with technology and quality. As a result our jackets and home textile manufacturing units are importing the padding and quilting from Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, China and Korea. Also we have extra technical advantages in our machine that we can produce Geo textile and Geo felt, mattress item and many other options which has huge requirements in local market and we’ll be able to meet up that requirement which can’t do the EPZs factory.

The project will be managed by a group of young & energetic persons having well experienced in Padding, Quilting and Home textile business. The Executive Director of the proposed company is associated with this sector for a long 22 years and well known in 100% export oriented Garments Industry. Moreover, he has already hired a group of well experienced and qualified people to run the Industry. All the appointed people are well known and has proven track record in this sector to capture the domestic and international market.

Selection of combination of machinery for any type of project depends on various factors such as mechanical speed, quality of product, prices of machine, power consumption, metallurgical combination, longevity, operational and maintenance advantages etc. over and above, the investment capability of the sponsors of the project & the viability of the project with that machinery are also a major factor, which influence the machinery combination of the project. The project will be equipped with brand new computerized Korea/Japan origin machinery and equipment with all kind of modern technical facilities. All of the machineries are world famous in their respective field of operation. As such the proposed you need is expected that the project will be in economic operation for at least 15 years without any major replacement.
